Retina: Stereotactic Surgery Navigation System

The RETINA is a stereotactic surgery navigation system for Neurosurgery, Craniofacial, E.N.T., Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and other types of minimally invasive surgical applications.

The RETINA combines intelligent medical technologies and services which can integrate digital medical imaging for better surgical accuracy. It is compatible with many instruments already used in the OR and can be easily paired with AR glasses, which have become a perfect complement while working during surgery. The RETINA also reduces unnecessary tissue injuries, to aid in minimally invasive surgeries, improve surgical quality, and reduce the risk of surgical complications, which provide overall better medical service for patients.

"Retina" ist ein Echtzeit-Navigationssystem für Gehirn- und Gesichtsschädel-Operationen. Das Produkt erlaubt es Ärzten, minimalinvasive chirurgische Behandlungspfade zu entwickeln. Das System reduziert unnötige Gewebeverletzungen, verbessert die chirurgische Qualität und reduziert das Komplikationsrisiko, sodass dem Patienten insgesamt ein besserer medizinischer Service geboten wird.

Ferner erlaubt die optische Orientierungstechnologie, entwickelt von Eped Inc., eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Korrektur während der OP, was die Operationszeit signifikant verkürzt und den Komfort des Patienten erhöht. Das "Retina" ist kompatibel mit anderen medizinischen Instrumenten und Geräten (Halle 17, A61).
