The Parker VSO® MAX HP series is a miniature high flow proportional valve that provides flow capabilities to meet your OEM application needs. The valve delivers a high range of controllable flow while consuming 25% less power than comparable miniature proportional valves, assisting with battery life savings. VSO® MAX HP Model 2 delivers a flow of 200 slpm at 45 PSI and is designed for higher range of operating pressures 120 psi (8.27 bar) commonly found on systems without a regulator. Model 4 delivers a flow of 180 slpm at 25 PSI and is designed for higher flow at lower pressure commonly found on systems with regulators. This translates to a smaller, sleek medical device design and offers potential savings and features three standard control voltage ranges (5, 12 and 24 VDC).

The VSO® LowPro is a miniature proportional valve that controls the flow rate of inert gases at pressures up to 100 PSIG (6.9 bar). Typical flow rates up to 57 SLPM with a typical power requirement of 1 watt at room temperature. At just 16 mm wide by 14 mm tall, the valve can be populated into the smallest portable device improving performance, size and weight. With orifice sizes ranging from 0.030” (0.76 mm) up to 0.080” (2.03 mm) and a weight of 12 g, the VSO® LowPro can perform the function of valves three times its size without sacrificing any efficiency. The mounting only requires a simple machined manifold.
The X-Valve® is a miniature pneumatic solenoid valve measuring only 8 mm in width and is the ideal solution for portable applications with limited space and power. The body construction of the X-Valve® is suited for manifold or barbed-tube pneumatic connections and is available in 2-way normally closed and 3-way universal configurations.
The Ultra Low Carryover valve is a liquid valve that offers both an exceptionally low carryover performance and the ability to reduce fluidic circuit complexity by replacing one or more valves with a single Ultra Low Carryover Valve. Truly two valves in one.

Parker's 49mm wide Helix delivers more than 5.5 LPM flow and pressure up to 100 PSI (6.9 bar). The Helix pump provides the best solution for bench-top diagnostic devices where performance is critical, and space is limited. The Helix enables high pressure operation in challenging high altitude environments and applications where external compressed air is not available.
