VelaCure 3D 6Up catheter UV curing system- from Lab to Production

The Vela Catheter Curing System is a convenient, high-performance UV curing station, perfect for laboratory use in developing new catheter and guidewire designs and coating systems. Vela Technologies’ patented technology bathes your catheters in a uniform bath of multi-directional UV rays, uniformly curing all sides of the catheter or guidewire at teh same time without rotating them or using multiple lamps.
And, the curing cycles are shorter and less UV power is required.

VelaCure is saving time and money but is resulting in higher and more consistent quality of the end products. 

The VelaCure 3D Lab Catheter System is able to simultaneously cure 6 catheters or guidewires of up to 500mm in length. These chambers uniformly cure all catheter surfaces with highest uniformity, without any need to move the catheters. They are successfully in use since many years for PTA and urinary catheters. Cure times are much shorter than conventional processes, typically less than 30 seconds.
The VelaCure 3D 6UP chamber is perfect for developing and qualifying new products, or for small production purpose.

VelaCure includes the DoseControl feature which is continuously controlling the UV Dose/Energy being applied to the products.

Light input from a single UV irradiator or LED source is evenly dispersed within the chamber, resulting in an extremely uniform light field. No hot spots from direct illumination and no sticky, partially cured spots. This overcomes the limitations of conventional “line of sight” UV curing.

Vela MiniCure 3D curing chamber

The MiniCure3D™ is a convenient, high performance UV curing station, perfect for applying and curing adhesives to Luers, balloons, hubs. The EFSEN UV TOWERx8 is a powerful, operator-safe, and easy-to-use mobile UV-C disinfection device for small to medium sized rooms. It can be used in small and large areas such as hotel rooms, meeting rooms, offices, clinics, and bathrooms.

The eight powerful UVC lamps together with the unique reflective material design, enables fast and thorough disinfection in all directions. Position of lamps is optimized to cover as much of top and bottom of table surfaces.

Operation is simple – set the timer and turn on the lamps with a single button.
